Policies

CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY

Please notify me 48 hours before your appointment to cancel. If I am not notified the deposit is nonrefundable. If you arrive 15 minutes late to your appointment your appointment will be considered a no-show and may be charged a cancellation fee of 40% of the price of your scheduled appointment.

LATE POLICY

 I have a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive at 16 minutes your appointment will still be considered a no-show and the deposit will be kept and may be charged a cancellation fee of 40% of the price of your scheduled appointment.

CHILDREN POLICY

I do not allow children at the appointment BUT if YOU know they can be well-behaved they may wait in the waiting room. Babies are allowed inside of the appointment IF they are able to tolerate it.

HAIR LENGTH POLICY FOR WAX SERVICES

Please arrive with at least 2 weeks of hair growth if you shaved or used any other at home hair removal products. If you waxed I require at least 4 weeks of hair growth.

HYGIENE POLICY

If you booked a wax service please come in with good hygiene. I have made enough time during your appointment for you to be able to use the restroom and do a little check! Front and Back!!

PERIOD POLICY

 If you received your monthly cycle at the time of your appointment You are still able to get a wax. As long as you wear a tampon. If you are not comfortable with that you are more than welcome to reschedule your appointment

72 HR POLICY

This policy is in place for clients who need to come back in just in case I missed hair. You have 72 hours to call or text me to reschedule your fix-me-up appointment.

PURCHASED PRODUCTS

​Purchased products are non refundable.
